March 2024 Newsletter

This month is our 5th year aniversary! Our March newsletter consists of prizes that you can ear by referring your friends and family to us, our involvement in the CrossFit Open with our 4 visit package, and Connor is running a Lower Back Pain. Jan Mallet will be hosting a gardening class starting on March 19th at 11:30am. A receipe for Slow Cooker Stout and Chicken Stew is also listed below. 

February 2024 Newsletter

Our February newsletter introduces a new student PT that will be working with GOAT named Connor, from the University of Connecticut. It also presents our Valentines Day sale, Crossfit Open Prep Sale, and a schedule change. Information about bone density is presented, and we have a receipe about Almond and Lemon Crusted Fish with Spinach.

January 2024 Newsletter

Happy New Year! This newsletter presents the upcoming barbell class and nutritional workshop and programming opportunities. We have a YouTube channel, and have some information on resistance training. This month's receipe is Sheet Pan Chicken Sausage Dinner.

December 2023 Newsletter

Our December newsletter includes our year-end sale for physical therapy and functional fitness classes. Schedule changes are listed, along with our new barbell class opening up starting in January with Dr. Benjamin Choi. Our recipes include a roasted peper dip, Quinoa-Stuffed Acorn Squash with Cranberries and Feta, and gingerbread rice krispie treats.

November 2023 Newsletter

Our November news letter consists of our Ski Workshop on November 4th at 10am, schedule changes for Thanksgiving week, and our Year-end Sales on Functional Fitness and Physical Therapy. December events and reason to choose physical therapy is listed. Leftover Turkey and Stuffing Stuffed Peppers recipe is included.

October 2023 Newsletter

Our October news letter consists of upcoming workshops for skiers, end of year sales, and barbell classes! Ways to combat depression and a recipe for Harvest Chicken Casserole is listed. 

September 2023 Newsletter

Our September news letter showcases a FREE Barbell Workshop on September 12th, and a FREE Runners Workshop on September 16th. Evidence showcasing the benefits of exercising 150 minutes a day, and a Sheet pan Moroccan Chicken with Cauliflower and Sweet Potatoes recipe is listed. 

August 2023 Newsletter

Our August newsletter includes a shouler mobility workshop at Westerly Barbell on August 14th at 6:30pm, and Waterford Fitness on August 24th at 6:30pm. A women's barbell workshop will be coming soon on September, and information is provided for osteoarthritis. This month's recipe is Grilled Pork and Ratatouille.

July 2023 Newsletter

Our July newsletter includes a high school summer boot camp coached by Dr. Benjamin Choi, and information about important footwear for running by Dr. Amy Mooradian. We also have new GOAT gear on sale, and a great recipe for Peruvian Chicken with Aji Verde Sauce! 

June 2023 Newsletter

Our June newsletter includes a summer sale providing discounted physical therapy sessions, a revamped version of Strong Like GOAT, and schedule changes to Dr. Colleen and Dr. Amy. We will also have a table at the Yale/Havard Regatta Festival on June 10th from 11am to 4pm, and Dr. Benjamin Choi is back! Our recipe includes a pineapple chicken bake.

Our May newsletter has Memorial Day schedule changes, opportunities to host continuing education courses through the Institue of Clinical Excellence, the importance of increasing the amount of steps per day, and a great recipe for Shrimp Stir Fry!

Our April newsletter has Easter schedule changes, voting for Best of the Day begins April 9th, an article on improved cardiovascular health, and Orange Glazed Pork Lion in the recipe corner.

March 2023 Newsletter

Dr. Amy runs a half marathon at Disney, functional fitness classes run Mon-Fri that includes resistance training and high-intensity interval training for all ages and levels of fitness, and try out our recipe on Shepard's Pie! 

Feburary 2023 Newsletter

Dr. Amy is planning to run a half marathon at Disney Feburary 26th, online fitness class and workshops are back, and it is time to nominate us on the Day paper in the Best of the Best competition! Try out our recipe on Honey-Chipotle Salmon with Cauliflower Rice Pilaf.
