Meet The GOAT Staff
Dr. Colleen Davis DPT
Owner, founder, and the leader of the GOATs.
I started GOAT Physical Therapy and Wellness to help bridge the gap between rehabilitation and fitness.
I specialize in neurologic rehabilitation, vestibular (dizziness) rehab, and general orthopedics. I love to work with barbell athletes, CrossFitters – both competitive and “weekend warriors”. Nothing makes me happier than introducing weightlifting, in any form, to people who have never tried it before.
I live right here in Gales Ferry with my amazing husband, Kevin and our two kiddos Keagan and Cassidy. When I’m not hiking, cooking, baking, or travelling with my family, you’ll find me competing locally in CrossFit and Weightlifting competitions.
My goal for 2023 is to compete in the Tactical Games this summer with my friend Kate. This event is way outside of my comfort zone, which only helps to drive my training motivation.
Dr. Amy Mooradian DPT
Physical Therapist, Manual Therapy Guru
I have been a PT for over 20 years! I started my career working in a headache specialty clinic and this remains one of my favorite areas to treat. As a runner and a swimmer, I enjoy working with athletes in these fields and recently completed a continuing education course on the POSE Running method. I also enjoy working with dancers – learning more about the sport my daughters love from this group of athletes! Professionally, I am looking forward to taking a Dry Needling course this year to further my manual therapy skills. I love working at GOAT and helping people recover from injury and work towards their personal goals.
My husband Greg and I have been married for almost 13 years and we have 2 beautiful daughters, Emily and Elizabeth. We also have a rescue dog named Ryan! I am part of the PTA board at the girl's school and am also the co-leader of their Girl Scout troop. I enjoy running and playing the piano. This year, I am hoping to run some middle distance races (10Ks) and work more on lifting and improving my skills with the barbell. My older daughter really wants to run her first 5K, so I am excited to work towards that goal with her!

Raymond Roch
Floor Coach, Rehab Tech, Social Media Manager
My name is Raymond Roch. I am a NASM certified personal trainer, and nutrition coach. I have been working at goat for nearly a year and a half now. My previous work experience that I had before GOAT was working at the Ledyard libraries, which I still do part time. One of my main responsibilities at goat is being a floor coach for our Strong Like Goat members. I love working with people who strive to be stronger, and healthier. Two goals I have for 2024 is to run more and grow my reputation as a personal trainer.
Some interesting facts people should know about me is that I love weightlifting and running. Although I haven't been running as much as I was in 2020, I want to get back into it as I find it to be challenging but fun. One major hobby that I love is collecting vinyls. During summer this year, I started collecting vinyls of artists I've listened to and it kind of just turned into a hobby. My favorite music genres that I listen to are R&B and Rock, and my favorite music band as of right now is Fleetwood Mac, but I've been trying to expand my taste in music, as rap is like my top category I listen to.
Dr. Ben Choi, DPT
Physical Therapist, Olympic Weightlifting Coach
I wanted to be a physical therapist to help bridge the gap between rehab and strength and conditioning. As an olympic weightlifting coach, I wanted to help my athletes recover from injuries that occurred in their training and continue performing at such a high level. I enjoy working with high level barbell athletes, along with folks who are touching the barbell for the first time to improve their health.
I spend the rest of my time competing in olympic weightlifting, and enjoying the trails and hikes in Connecticut. My goal for 2024 is to compete in USA Weightlifting Nationals.
